Grand Canyon- April 2023

On our second Moon River journey took us from Texas to Utah, Oregon, California and back to Texas. On our way to Utah we stopped at the Grand Canyon. We had been there once before in 2020 with Jordan. It was still just as amazing!

I can't imagine trying to survive in this environment.

This is the trail that Dale and Jordan hiked when we visited in March of 2020. I went part of the way. It was difficult!

Mules are used to go up and down the cliffs of the canyon. They have been used for years to take people and supplies to the bottom.

This beautiful sunset is somewhere between the Grand Canyon's North Rim and Utah.

On our way to the Grand Canyon we encountered snow on the side of the road. I had to get a hand full!
