From Texas to Asheville – June 2022

Our first leg of our journey was driving from Rusk County, Texas to Asheville. Here are some photos of that trip.

Our country accommodations gave us time to relax and pack before heading out.

Finally on the road! First stop Little Rock!

On our way to Rusk County we stopped in Fairfield for a Blizzard at a DQ that looked just like the one I went to when I was a kid.

We arrived in Little Rock and decided to take a walk up Pinnacle Peak. By the time we got down, I was not smiling!
