Fun in the Sun at Oahu, Hawaii – March 2025

Dale and I had the opportunity to go to Oahu to spend six days at the Marriott in Ko Olina. The Sharricks joined us. It was so enjoyable. Every day was perfect weather and the resort was beautiful.

There were four man-made lagoons in Ko Olina. It was great for families with children.

Every morning we would all enjoy breakfast on the lanai.

The first morning we spent three hours on a catamaran snorkeling tour. It was so good!

Our first full day ended with at the Paradise Cove Luau. Jordan's long-time friend and her husband attended as well.

On Wednesday morning we went to the Swap Meet held in the Aloha Dome parking lot. Lots of vendors.

Blood moon occurred while we were in Hawaii.

It was getting a little windy and cool in the back of the Jeep during our North Shore drive.

So many beautiful mountains in Oahu.

Lāʻie Point State Wayside was a hidden gem that our audio tour directed us to.

The first Mormon Temple built outside of the mainland. It is designed to be like the temple King Solomon built to worship the one true God.

The North Shore driving tour is a self-paced GPS-guided audio tour that allowed us to stop at several of the roadside vendors.

Jordan is the only one who swam at Waimea Falls.

Of course we had to get the "Dole Whip" at the Dole Plantation!

Thursday was our North Shore tour. We really enjoyed it.
