A Small Slice of Country Living
Dale and I have been back in Texas since November, however, it wasn’t until last week that we rented a place for just the two of us. It’s been very enjoyable staying with family and friends, but it’s also nice to get back into our normal routine.
We’ve rented an Airbnb just outside of Georgetown for two and a half weeks, then we will spend a few more days with friends and family, before moving into another rental in Georgetown for March and April. At the end of that time, J will be married (woohoo!), and we will hit the road for phase 2 of our Moon River adventure. I’ll be writing more about that later.
Our current place is located on 10 acres of land and is patrolled by three friendly dogs, Jimmy, Jane and Stella. Our hosts, who live right next door, are very friendly.
