Alcatraz and Other San Francisco Sights – July 2023

While in Napa we visited Alcatraz Island and other touristy spots.

A ferry took us to and from the island.

If you came to visit a prisoner, you spoke to them through this small area.

Notice the hole in the wall. Some men escaped through these.

I remember these well. My doctor's office as a kid had ice cold sodas for a quarter.
